How e-Pack NHL New Arrivals pack purchases work:

1. Purchase an NHL New Arrivals pack

2. Head to the Open My Packs page and open your NHL New Arrivals pack

3. The card(s) from your NHL New Arrivals pack will be added to your Upper Deck e-Pack® collection

4. In your e-Pack Settings, you can elect to receive an email once the physical card in the NHL New Arrivals pack becomes available for shipment (approximately 12-16 weeks after the card is removed from the store, 14-18 weeks for autograph cards)
